GWIA Pte Ltd is an Integrated Service Provider that provides in-house support services to corporates in a close partnership.
The services that we provide is governed by a Service Level Agreement between us and our customer to ensure clear understanding of responsibility and expectations.
We frequently engage with our customers to fine-tune our service delivery, and to gain constructive feedback for service improvements.
We also take every measure to ensure customer confidentiality because we take pride in the trust given to us by our customers.
History
GWIA was established in 2013 as a subsidiary of Golden Wheel Industries (GWI) Group to become an integrated service provider. Leveraging on our parent company’s 40 years of manufacturing experience, we began providing laboratory support services for Small Batch Production, and Material and Logistics Planning Services to the product research centre of a fast moving consumer goods multinational company.
In 2016, we expanded our services to include Procurement Services and Central Administration Services. In 2017, we started providing clients with Analytical Testing and Sample Management Services.
